Thank you, Judy
Thanks you, Judy, for this excellent summary of where we're at today & especially your analysis of how we got here. I too participated throughout the 2nd Wave & have continued up until now, but lately have been feeling dispirited because of the repression and the regression occurring with the Harper government. Our dreams for the 21 Century were so much greater than the reality has turned out to be, as we celebrate 100 years of IWD. I am so grateful that women around the world are taking up the cause of their own freedom and that we can continue to support and help women as we age & pass the torch along to generations following us. In the meantime, we have out never-ending work cut out for us in Canada.
Happy Women's Day to all of us!
