Trial a violation of Child Soldier laws

Canadian Senator and former General Romeo Dallaire spoke out about the Khadr case recently. He pointed out that the trial is in complete contravention of international law regarding the treatment of child soldiers (as Khadr was 15 when captured). One of Obama's promises of his election campaign was to reverse the unilateral and arrogant actions of the former administration especially when dealing with issues of the so-called 'War on Terror'. He outlawed 'Extraoridinary Rendition' on his first day in office - a great step. When will he step in here and bring America back to the rule of international law?
